Spring Show: Peter and the Starcatcher

Peter and the Starcatcher, by Tim Elice, directed by Lori Ann DeLappe-Grondin

When: Jan. 31, 2026 – 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Callbacks: TBA if needed

Where: The Art Court Theatre at Sacramento City College.
What: Auditions will consist of readings from selected scenes in the scripts. There will be movement auditions.

For the auditions, please bring:

• Theatre/performance resume, if you have one
• Headshot, if you have one ( a photo may be taken during auditions)
• Any conflicts you may have with the rehearsal schedule*

Rehearsals:
Peter and the Starcatcher: Mar. 23 – Apr. 24; Mon-Thu, 6:30 – 10:30 pm; Sat. 12:00 – 5:00 pm.

Tech and dress
Peter and the Starcatcher: Tech – Sat. Apr. 2510am – 10 pm; Dress/Tech week – Apr. 27 – 30, 6 – 11 pm.

Performances:
Peter and the Starcatcher: May. 1 – 17, 2026; Opening weekend Fri/Sat/Sun; Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun for the weeks of May 7 & 14. Evening calls at 6:00 pm, Sundays at 12:30 pm.

Register: All actors and crew must register for a minimum of 1 unit of our TAP 320 series (320, 321, 322, 323) class to participate in this production. Please email delappl@scc.losrios.edu with questions. 1 unit is $46.

*Excessive conflicts may result in not being cast. Actors must be present for at least 75% of all rehearsals, all of tech week and all performances. All conflicts must be declared at the beginning of the rehearsal process, no additions will be allowed.
